Dr. James B. Avey (University of Nebraska- PhD 2007)
In my research I investigate and empirically demonstrate
how both leadership and human strengths are generated,
sustained and contribute to individual and
organizational effectiveness. The main research foci are
around ethical leadership in organizations, developing
employee efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience and
understanding employee feelings of psychological
ownership at work.

Dr.S. Duane Hansen (Purdue University- PhD 2010) The purpose of my research is to identify and understand what leaders and managers at all organizational levels can do to build effective and trusting relationships with their subordinates- the kind of relationships that result in maximum individual, group, and organizational performance. |

Dr. KeKe Wu (University of Alabama- PhD 2011) Dr. Wu is an assistant professor in the College of Business of Central Washington University. She received her doctoral training from the University of Alabama, where she developed her major research interest in leadership, political behaviors, and careers. Keke Wu has published in journals such as Psychological Reports and Management Review, and served as an ad hoc reviewer for Leadership Quarterly. As a member and reviewer, she has made numerous presentations to the Academy of Management, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Western Academy of Management, the Southern Management Association, and the International Association for Chinese Management Research.
